These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the First Travelling Step Consultants website and our visa consultancy services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Our Services
First Travelling Step Consultants provides visa profiling, document review, interview preparation, and application guidance for visit visas, work visas, and related consultancy services. We do not issue visas — all visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, that any application will be approved. Our role is limited to helping you prepare an honest, complete, and well-organised application.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents
- Responding promptly to requests for additional information
- Paying government visa fees and our service fees as agreed
- Reviewing all submitted documents for accuracy before submission
Fees
Our consultancy service fees are separate from government visa application fees, biometrics fees, and any third-party charges (such as VFS Global service fees), which are paid directly to the relevant authority. Service fees are discussed and agreed with you before work begins.
Refunds
Government visa fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of your application. Our consultancy service fee refund policy will be explained to you at the time of engagement.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for visa refusals, processing delays, or changes in embassy policy, fees, or requirements, as these matters are outside our control and rest solely with the relevant government authority.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
